述曰：《順正理》云：有餘師言：今此中解，即薩婆多異師。諸《對法》異計說：心取境時無拘礙故，皆有勝解；謂不同大乘印境決定名為勝解，即疑心中全無彼故。我宗但言無物拘礙心，令心於境能緣者即是勝解，故遍行攝。

The Commentary states: The Nyāyānusāra states: 'Other masters say...' Now, the explanation here refers to a divergent master of the Sarvāstivāda. The divergent theories of various Abhidharma texts state: 'When the mind grasps an intentional object, because there is no obstruction, all possess resolve.' This means they do not follow the Mahāyāna position that determining and endorsing the object is called resolve, since in a doubting mind that is entirely absent. Our school [the Sarvāstivāda opponent] merely says: 'That there is no thing obstructing the mind, allowing the mind to cognize the intentional object, is precisely resolve; therefore, it is subsumed under the omnipresent mental factors.'
