6.950

述曰：小十行、體性俱麁動，彼見及疑行相審細故。前說瞋、疑及二見一少分俱者，約細行相說。今忿等行麁，行相相違，不俱生也。又憎嫉滅、道由疑不決，便憎等俱，亦無過失。此約多分，亦不相違。

[The Commentary states:] For the ten minor ones, both their operations and essential natures are coarse and agitated, whereas the mental modes of those views and doubts are subtle and deliberative. What was said earlier—that ill-will, doubt, and a small portion of the two views co-occur—was stated with respect to subtle mental modes. Now, the operations of anger and the like are coarse; their mental modes are mutually contradictory, so they do not co-arise. Furthermore, when one hates or envies cessation and the path due to irresolution from doubt, hate and the like co-occur with it, which is also without fault. This is stated according to the predominant cases, so there is no contradiction.
