述曰：第九，界門。子門有三，一、界有攝。「小七、中二」，如前唯欲界攝，唯發惡行，唯麁鄙故。「諂、誑」欲、色有，王、臣等處二方有故。「餘通三界」，謂憍及後八，唯緣自起等，遍諸染心故。

[The Commentary states:] Ninth is the section on realms. There are three subsections: first, subsumption under realms. "The minor seven and intermediate two," as stated before, are subsumed solely under the desire realm, because they initiate solely evil conduct and are exclusively coarse and vile. "Deceit and fraud" exist in the desire and form realms, because they exist in both places where kings, ministers, and the like are found. "The rest are common to the three realms," referring to arrogance and the final eight, because they arise solely with reference to oneself, etc., and pervade all defiled minds.
