述曰：此界繫局，亦非遍無漏，此但舉地，故非別境。由不同前餘五位法，立不定名。

The Commentary states: These are restricted in their realm bondage, and are also not omnipresent in the uncontaminated; this merely cites 'stages', so they are not specific-object factors. Because they are not identical with the preceding other five categories of dharmas, the name 'indeterminate' is established.
