述曰：下第八、隨惑俱轉門。悔中、大俱，遍與不善染心俱故，與忿等十不得俱起，各自為主，如忿等十自不相應。眠等三法，二十皆俱，於夢等中皆容得起忿等法故。

The Commentary states: Below is the eighth section: co-occurrence with the secondary afflictions (upakleśa). Remorse is accompanied by the medium and great [upakleśas], because it accompanies all unwholesome defiled cittas universally; it cannot arise together with the ten such as anger, each being its own master, just as the ten such as anger are not associated with one another. The three dharmas of torpor and the rest are accompanied by all twenty, because in dreams and the like, dharmas such as anger may all be admitted to arise.
