述曰：第十二卷解無想定中說：若生於彼，唯入不起，即證初生有心，其想若生，從彼沒故，即證將死有心。既舉論文，次舉難曰。
The Commentary states: Fascicle twelve, in explaining the non-conceptual attainment, states: "If born there, one only enters and does not arise [from it]"—this proves that upon initial rebirth there is a mind; "when conceptualization arises, one dies from there"—this proves that when on the verge of death there is a mind. Having cited the treatise text, it next raises an objection, stating:
