述曰：此論主答。謂於第一卷至第二卷，初以為理，及第二卷中，已引《厚嚴經》二頌證，故言已說。

The Commentary states: This is the author's reply. That is, from the first to the second fascicle, reasoning was initially established, and in the second fascicle, two verses were already cited from the Ghanavyūha-sūtra as proof; therefore he says, "Has it not already been stated?"
