述曰：謂善、染、無記顯通三性。「諸界、地等」者，即界、地等功能各別；「等」者等取有漏無漏、色非色、報非報等種種各別種子。有說名言種三界無別者，不然，違此文故，界繫別故。

The Commentary states: 'Wholesome, defiled, and indeterminate' shows that they encompass the three natures. 'Various realms, stages, and so forth' means that their functions in realms, stages, and so forth are each distinct; 'and so forth' includes the various distinct seeds: contaminated and uncontaminated, material and immaterial, karmic retribution and non-retribution, and so forth. Some say that conventional-speech seeds have no distinction across the three realms; this is incorrect, for it contradicts this text, as the bondages to realms are distinct.
