述曰：初地智起後還出觀有漏、無漏，故互相生，隨是何繫染、不染識，引生何地無漏識起。

The Commentary states: When the wisdom of the first bhūmi arises, and afterwards one emerges from meditative contemplation, sāsrava and anāsrava mutually generate each other. Therefore, whatever bound defiled or undefiled consciousness it may be, it induces the arising of the anāsrava consciousness of whatever stage.
