述曰：三界九地有漏望無漏，善望不善等，各得互為緣，如潤生位，三界九地得相引故，然非一切性九地三界得相引，此言三各容故。六十九末有諸心相生及《顯揚》第十八、《對法》第五、《大論》第十三，皆有如來、第八地已去菩薩，得起一切處心相開導故，勘彼應知。

The Commentary states: In the three realms and nine stages, sāsrava in relation to anāsrava, wholesome in relation to unwholesome, etc., can each mutually serve as conditions. Just as at the time of moisturizing rebirth, the three realms and nine stages can induce one another; however, it is not that in all natures the nine stages and three realms can induce one another—this says that the three are each permissible. At the end of fascicle sixty-nine there is the mutual generation of various minds, and the eighteenth of the *Prakaraṇāryavācā*, the fifth of the *Abhidharma-samuccaya-vyākhyā*, and the thirteenth of the *Yogācārabhūmi* all state that the Tathāgata and bodhisattvas from the eighth bhūmi onward can give rise to the minds of all places to open and guide [subsequent minds]; one should investigate those texts to know this.
