述曰：又解，除牽引、生起，四中現行能為因緣者，亦是此中種子言攝，親辨自果故，喻如前解，此釋彼文，將為盡理。

The Commentary states: In another explanation, setting aside the projecting and generating [causes], the active states among the four that can serve as cause-conditions are also subsumed under the word 'seed' here, because they directly produce their own effects, analogous to the preceding explanation. This explanation treats that text as fully expressing the underlying principle.
