述曰：此即隨前所不攝法並是此體，此據別體，謂語、境界、根、障礙依處全，餘十一小分，若不爾者，一切皆是。依何意故，作是說耶？

The Commentary states: Whatever dharmas were not subsumed previously all constitute this essence. This is based on distinct essences: namely, all of the bases of speech, sense-objects, sense faculties, and obstruction, and small portions of the remaining eleven. If not so, all of them would be [this fruit]. Based on what intention was this stated?
