述曰：此隨順處唯屬第十一得等流果，雖知如前六、七、八依處中亦得等流果，此處亦得非等流果，如與涅槃為因者是，以等流因必下、等法，與自、上法為其因故。隨順亦爾，招勝有為，行相顯故，論偏說之，亦不盡理也。

The Commentary states: This basis of conformity belongs exclusively to the eleventh [basis] in obtaining the fruit of uniform outflow (niṣyanda-phala). Although it is known, as stated above, that the fruit of uniform outflow is also obtained in the sixth, seventh, and eighth bases, and non-uniform-outflow fruits are also obtained in this basis—as in the case of serving as a cause for nirvāṇa—because the cause of uniform outflow must be a lower or equal dharma acting as a cause for a dharma that is of its own kind or superior, conformity is likewise so: it attracts superior conditioned [dharmas], and its operational aspect is obvious; therefore the treatise speaks of it specifically, and this also does not exhaust the principle.
