述曰：此攝所餘，餘十一處，即除前果依處之外法也。以餘四依處，已顯得餘四果故，不說餘四處亦得增上果故。此十一處亦得餘四果，而增上多顯，故偏說之。皆不盡理，略說之也。依處既示，次明十因、四緣多少得果。

The Commentary states: This 'subsumes the remainder', namely the remaining eleven bases, which are the dharmas other than the bases of the preceding fruits. Because the other four bases have already been shown to obtain the other four fruits, it is not stated that the other four bases also obtain the sovereign fruit (adhipati-phala). These eleven bases also obtain the other four fruits, yet the sovereign [aspect] is largely obvious; hence they are spoken of specifically. None of these exhausts the principle; they are stated in brief. Having set forth the bases, next the number of fruits obtained by the ten causes and four conditions is explained.
