述曰：等流果七因得如文，此中若種望現等是因緣，餘是增上緣，皆應如理知。然依依處有寬狹如前，餘不得可知。因緣、增上二種，四緣中居初、後故。

The Commentary states: That the fruit of uniform outflow is obtained by seven causes is as in the text. Here, when seeds are viewed in relation to actual states and so on, it is the causal condition; the rest are sovereign conditions; all should be understood in accordance with reason. However, the breadth and narrowness according to the bases are as stated before; that the remaining [causes] do not obtain it can be understood. The causal condition and the sovereign condition occupy the first and last positions among the four conditions.
