述曰：於一切位，種子望自親種亦具二緣，除中二也，於異性非親種，亦一增上。此中巨細如理應思。准前顯後，淨種亦爾，文言略之，與染同故。此上總解緣生分別訖，次下第二總結有二：初結非；後破小乘心外之緣。

The Commentary states: In all stages, a seed toward its own direct seed also possesses two conditions, excluding the middle two. Toward a non-direct seed of a different moral nature, it also serves only as the single predominant [condition]. The details within this should be considered in accordance with reason. Following the previous to understand the subsequent: pure seeds are also like this; the text omits them because they are the same as the defiled ones. Above, the general explanation of discrimination arising conditioned is concluded. Next below, the second [section], a general conclusion, has two parts: first, concluding the false; second, refuting the conditions outside the mind of the Hīnayāna.
