述曰：業招生顯，由業感生勝故、顯故，故頌先說，非因緣也。解第二句五个字訖。

The Commentary states: "Because karma's bringing about of birth is prominent": because karma's bringing about of birth is superior and prominent, the verse mentions it first, though it is not the causal condition. This concludes the explanation of the five characters of the second line.
