述曰：此外人問：老支不定，附死合立，病亦不定，應合立支。故論問云：病何非支？
The Commentary states: This is an opponent's question: Since the factor of aging is not definite and is established jointly by being attached to death, sickness is also not definite and ought to be established together as a factor. Therefore the treatise asks: Why is sickness not a factor?
