述曰：此論主答：謂此病法，非直不遍三界、五趣，隨所應有趣界之中亦非定有，如尊者薄拘羅，年過八十曾不患小疾故，故不立支。

The Commentary states: This is the author's reply. This phenomenon of sickness is not only not pervasive across the three realms and five destinies, but even within the realm or destiny where it may occur, it is not definitely present. For instance, the Venerable Bakkula was over eighty years of age and had never suffered even a minor ailment; therefore it is not established as a factor.
