述曰：生惡趣者，雖彼不愛當生處身，於現我身及現在境，亦起愛故，故生惡趣有愛潤生。

The Commentary states: Even though those born into miserable destinies do not crave the body in the future place of birth, they still produce craving toward their present self-body and present objects; therefore, those born into miserable destinies have craving that moistens rebirth.
