述曰：此第五問意，謂諸煩惱皆能發業，何故支內不同愛、取，而總立無明，不更別立？又諸煩惱皆潤業，何故不同無明亦但立一，而別分愛、取？

The Commentary states: This fifth question means: All afflictions can initiate karma; why, within the branches, unlike craving and grasping, is ignorance collectively established as one and not further distinguished? Furthermore, all afflictions moisten karma; why, unlike ignorance, is it not also established as just one, but separately divided into craving and grasping?
