述曰：不染污法，謂善及無覆無記，非性應斷，體非闇法，即通五蘊，不違道故。
The Commentary states: Non-defiled dharmas refer to the wholesome and the unobscured-unrecorded. They should not be abandoned by nature, as their substance is not a dark dharma; thus they include the five aggregates, because they do not contradict the path.
