述曰：以非是真異熟，不說六現行。頌意偏說第八識也，正是生死相續法故。上來解頌依染法相續訖，頌言異熟故非無漏。

The Commentary states: Because they are not true maturation, it does not speak of the six active manifestations. The intention of the verse specifically refers to the eighth consciousness, precisely because it is the phenomenon that continues samsāra. The above concludes the explanation of the verse relying on the continuation of defiled phenomena; because the verse says "maturation," it is not anāsrava.
