9.13

述曰：以此計心品類眾多或二、三等，至下當知。說為「彼彼」，此體是何？謂能遍計虛妄分別，即是一切能起遍計依他性心。將釋第二句，却解上句，并釋「由」字。

The Commentary states: Because this conceptualizing mind has numerous categories, either two, three, and so forth, as will be known below, it is spoken of as "such and such." What is its substance? It refers to the false discrimination that is the pervasive conceptualizer, namely all minds of dependent nature capable of giving rise to pervasive conceptualization. About to explain the second line, it turns back to explain the previous line, as well as explaining the word "by" (由, yóu).
