述曰：雖有、無為諸淨分法皆圓成實，然今頌中說初真如名圓成實，非後淨分，不能簡別自、共相等三義勝故。淨分依他，一非所證，二非法性，故今頌中說初非後。

The Commentary states: Although the pure conditioned and unconditioned phenomena are all the consummated, in the verse at present, the former—suchness—is called the consummated, not the latter pure part, because [the latter] cannot exclude the particular and common characteristics and the former's three meanings are superior. As for the pure part of the other-dependent: first, it is not what is realized; second, it is not the nature of phenomena (dharmatā). Therefore, in the verse at present, the former is stated, not the latter.
