述曰：此是《厚嚴經》頌，雖依他有而非真有，要見真已，後見依他，與長行同。此上文段，准義應知。總是別解彼三頌訖也，下第二段，今總解彼三頌意也，於中有三：初總；次別；後結。

The Commentary states: This is a verse from the Ghanavyūha-sūtra: although other-dependent existence exists, it is not real existence; only after having seen the ultimate truth does one subsequently see the other-dependent, which is identical to the prose text. The textual divisions above should be understood according to their meaning. This concludes the individual explanation of those three verses. Below is the second section, which now explains the overall meaning of those three verses, within which there are three parts: first, general; next, specific; and finally, concluding.
