9.19

述曰：解第三句。此第二句所妄執心外法、我、自性、差別體性非有，如龜毛等，體定無故，總名遍計所執自性。

The Commentary states: Explaining the third line. The dharma, self, own-nature, and distinctions outside the mind falsely grasped in this second line have no substantial nature, like the hair of a tortoise, etc.; because their substance is definitely non-existent, they are collectively named the own-nature of pervasive conceptualization (parikalpita-svabhāva).
