述曰：有漏心等及所變空等定屬依他，以相與見必同有漏、無漏性故，唯依他起；無漏心等及所變空等，容二性攝，以有緣起無倒理故。即由二重三性體異，故攝不同。若說空等為無漏者，容二性攝，體不定故，苦諦等收，唯依他起，體即定故，此但分別有體假空等，非計所執，彼無體故。

The Commentary states: Sāsrava citta and the like, together with the space and so forth into which they transform, definitely belong to paratantra, because the nimittabhāga and the darśanabhāga necessarily share the same sāsrava or anāsrava nature, and are therefore solely paratantra-svabhāva. Anāsrava citta and the like, together with the space and so forth into which they transform, may be subsumed under two natures, because they possess the unerring principle of dependent origination. That is, because of the difference between the two tiers of the essences of the three natures, their subsumption differs. If one speaks of space and so forth as anāsrava, they can be subsumed under two natures because their essence is not fixed; when included under duḥkha-satya and so forth, they are solely paratantra because their essence is fixed. This only distinguishes existent nominal space and the like, not the parikalpita, because the latter has no essence.
