The Commentary states: Next is the fourth line. Such own-nature of pervasive conceptualization in the third line is utterly non-existent; because it does not exist even in the slightest, it is called "utterly non-existent." Phenomena of dependent nature exist in some slight measure. How is it known to be non-existent? Because when thoroughly investigated through the two dharmas of reason and teaching, it cannot be apprehended, as in the reason and teachings cited previously in fascicle seven and elsewhere. This is one round, merely explaining the first nature.
