述曰：舊《中邊》上卷、新第二說，彼有頌文，不能煩引，下皆准知。

The Commentary states: This is taught in the first fascicle of the old Madhyāntavibhāga and the second fascicle of the new translation. There are verses there which cannot be cited at tedious length, and what follows should be understood accordingly.
