述曰：第四，執著相唯依他起，能執著者，虛妄分別為自性故。設所執著即所遍計，亦是依他，亦以妄分別為自性故。

The Commentary states: Fourth, the mark of attachment belongs solely to the paratantra-svabhāva, because that which attaches has false discrimination as its essential nature. Even if what is attached to is that which is conceptualized, it is also paratantra, because it likewise has false discrimination as its essential nature.
