述曰：平等而起故，煩惱起業，業起果故。三、未離繫集，假名為集，性實而諦假。如次三性，彼論皆同。

The Commentary states: Because they arise equally: afflictions give rise to karma, and karma gives rise to fruit. Third, the origin of not yet being freed from bonds: it is nominally called origin; its nature is real, but its status as a truth is metaphorical. These correspond in order to the three natures, identical in that treatise.
