述曰：此在四十心及已前位，從初發心乃至十迴向終，皆名順解脫分。《對法》等說，煖等已前名解脫分。簡二乘，故言大乘也。

The Commentary states: This is in the forty minds and the preceding stages; from the initial generation of the aspiration up to the end of the ten dedications (pariṇāmanā), all are called conducive to liberation. The *Abhidharmasamuccaya*, etc., say that prior to the heat (ūṣmagata) stage, etc., it is called conducive to liberation. To exclude the two vehicles, it says 'Mahāyāna'.
