The Commentary states: Because the power of the remaining three indeterminate [types] is weak, they cannot conceal the knowable and do not obstruct bodhi. Maturation-born, on the other hand, has strong and thick power, arising universally through attention and conceptualization, and can conceal the knowable and obstruct bodhi. Because it arises from maturation, it is called maturation-born; it is not the fruit of karma. Although it coexists with the unwholesome and the veiled, it does not obstruct the two vehicles, so it is merely called unveiled. When this is called unveiled, in view of what person is this said?
