述曰：第二解十六心有二：初總；次別。此總也。《對法》第九卷、五十五等，皆言此二是安立諦故。

The Commentary states: The second part, explaining the sixteen minds, has two: first, general; next, specific. This is the general. Both the ninth fascicle of the Abhidharma[-samuccaya-bhāṣya] and fascicle fifty-five state that these two are the established truth.
