述曰：釋九所以。此非真、相二見道攝。不作此觀，然約布教相見道攝，但以十六心、三心等，《對法》、《顯揚》、《瑜伽》如次皆有世第一無間等言，故今會云。

The Commentary states: This explains the reason for the nine. These are not subsumed under either the real or the [practiced] figurative paths of seeing. One does not actually perform this contemplation; rather, in terms of disseminating the teaching, they are subsumed under the figurative path of seeing. Merely because regarding the sixteen minds, three minds, etc., the Abhidharma-samuccaya, Prakaraṇāryavācā, and Yogācārabhūmi each speak in turn of the 'uninterrupted following the worldly supreme qualities' and so forth, they are harmonized here.
