述曰：於十地中住極喜地也，下當釋此。四十七說分十王位多作轉輪聖王，王此洲化果也。
The Commentary states: Among the ten grounds, they dwell in the Ground of Extreme Joy; this will be explained below. Fascicle forty-seven states that divided across the ten stations of kingship, they mostly become wheel-turning sage kings (cakravartin), the transformation-fruit of ruling this continent.
