述曰：三性之中是依他起，言所緣緣，必是有法，遍計心等以此為緣，親相分者必依他故。不以圓成而為境也，彼不相似故。《攝論》第四唯說依他性是所遍計。

The Commentary states: Among the three natures, it is the paratantra-svabhāva. In speaking of the objective condition (ālambana-pratyaya), it must be an existing dharma; parikalpita cittas, etc., take this as their condition, because the immediate nimittabhāga must be paratantra. They do not take the pariniṣpanna as their object, because it is not similar to it. Fascicle 4 of the Mahāyānasaṃgraha states exclusively that the paratantra-svabhāva is that which is parikalpita.
