〈決擇〉六十七有五難無性有情：一說無疑起難；二、有情無根難；三、諸界平轉難；四、應具諸界難；五、無應轉有難。答即有六：一教、理並違答；二、假設非例答；三、非喻乖理答；四、平喻無別答；五、背法不齊答；六、縱轉不成答。

The sixty-seventh chapter of the 'Viniścaya' presents five objections concerning sentient beings devoid of gotra: 1. the objection that stating non-existence raises doubt; 2. the objection concerning sentient beings without faculties; 3. the objection concerning the mutual transformation of all realms; 4. the objection that they should possess all realms; 5. the objection that non-existence should transform into existence. There are six replies: 1. the reply showing contradiction with both scripture and reason; 2. the reply showing that a hypothetical case cannot serve as an analogy; 3. the reply showing that an improper analogy goes against reason; 4. the reply showing that an equal analogy lacks distinction; 5. the reply showing that turning against the Dharma is inconsistent; 6. the reply showing that even granting transformation, it cannot be accomplished.
