「預流」等者，等二十七賢聖、十三住等菩薩。「二十七賢聖」者：一、信解；二、見至；三、身證；四、惠解脫；五、俱解脫；六、預流向；七、預流果；八、一來向；九、一來果；十、不還向；十一、不還果；十二、阿羅漢向；十三、阿羅漢果；十四、極七返有；十五、家家；十六、一間；十七、中般涅槃；十八、生般涅槃；十九、無行般涅槃；二十、有行般涅槃；二十一、上流般涅槃；二十二、退法阿羅漢；二十三、思法阿羅漢；二十四、護法阿羅漢；二十五、住法阿羅漢；二十六、堪達法阿羅漢；二十七、住不動法阿羅漢。「十三住聖」如《疏》第九卷。

Regarding "Stream-enterer, etc.": "etc." includes the twenty-seven noble persons, the bodhisattvas of the thirteen abidings, and so on. The "twenty-seven noble persons" are: 1. resolute through faith; 2. attained through view; 3. bodily witness; 4. liberated through wisdom; 5. liberated both ways; 6. candidate for stream-entry; 7. fruit of stream-entry; 8. candidate for once-returning; 9. fruit of once-returning; 10. candidate for non-returning; 11. fruit of non-returning; 12. candidate for arhatship; 13. fruit of arhatship; 14. at most seven rebirths; 15. moving from family to family; 16. one interval remaining; 17. one who attains nirvāṇa in the intermediate state; 18. one who attains nirvāṇa upon rebirth; 19. one who attains nirvāṇa without exertion; 20. one who attains nirvāṇa with exertion; 21. one who attains nirvāṇa by flowing upward; 22. arhat liable to fall back; 23. arhat of reflective thought; 24. arhat of self-protection; 25. arhat who abides steadfast; 26. arhat capable of penetration; 27. arhat who abides unshakable. The "holy ones of the thirteen abidings" are as in the ninth fascicle of the Commentary.
