心所例中第三師云：以六義例。今觀第四師難意，不例了別及與受俱，則例六門，雖有難言觸與觸俱，許五法俱為例同故。三釋皆以後阿羅漢所不捨藏，唯心王捨藏，為非心所捨藏，名非心所捨藏，名所以。前例如是，不爾何故中路例也？此則依初二解為正，並第四釋。

Among the analogical extensions of mental factors, the third master says: they are analogously extended according to six meanings. Now, observing the fourth master's refutation, he does not extend them analogously to discernment and co-occurring with sensation, but extends them analogously to six categories. Although there is the objection that contact co-occurs with contact, allowing the five dharmas to co-occur serves as the basis for the analogical extension. In all three explanations, that which an arhat does not relinquish as storehouse afterward, where only the primary mind (citta) relinquishes the storehouse, serves as the reason for mental factors not relinquishing the storehouse. The earlier analogical extensions are like this; otherwise, why make an analogical extension midway? Thus, relying on the first two explanations is correct, along with the fourth explanation.
