三苦中若依生苦相，初二唯欲，後一通三。若據其性，苦苦唯欲，有迫緣故。壞苦通色界，有樂受故，如經中說：入變壞心。後一通三界。

Among the three types of suffering, if based on the characteristics of arising suffering, the first two are only in the desire realm, while the latter one extends through all three realms. If based on their intrinsic nature, the suffering of suffering belongs solely to the desire realm, as it possesses conditions of affliction. The suffering of change extends to the form realm, because of the presence of pleasant feeling, as stated in the sūtra: "entering into a mind of transformation and decay." The latter one extends through all three realms.
