2.77

十證攝八證者：此第二異熟是彼第六，此第四執受是彼第一執受，此第六生死心是彼第八命終，此第九滅定是彼第七滅定，此第十持種是彼第四種子。

Regarding 'the ten proofs subsuming the eight proofs': this second [proof of] fruition is their sixth; this fourth [proof of] appropriation is their first, appropriation; this sixth [proof of] the mind at life and death is their eighth, termination of life; this ninth [proof of] the cessation attainment is their seventh, the cessation attainment; this tenth [proof of] holding seeds is their fourth, seeds.
