答：大分三時，云為一切。不言一一文，各各為三乘故。今此論《解深密》等，上下文中，可通被三，故不相違。

Answer: Broadly dividing into three periods, it is said to be for all. It does not say that each and every passage is individually for the three vehicles. Now in the overall context of this treatise, the Saṃdhinirmocana, and so on, it can apply generally to the three; therefore, they do not contradict each other.
