問：若不障斷，即不依立，無性之人，二障不斷，不障彼乘，應不依立。

Question: If it is not established based on [an obstruction] because it does not obstruct and is not severed, then for a person lacking lineage, who does not sever the two obstructions and they do not obstruct that vehicle, it should not be established based on them.
