言世間沙門、婆羅門等者、等取、剎帝利等四姓。又等幢摩（此云不共死），補羯婆（典獄）；旃荼羅（云嚴熾亦屠）；篾戾車（云樂垢穢）；達滑（婬女家、沽酒家）；羯恥羅（云斷獄官）。

As for the phrase "worldly śramaṇas, brāhmaṇas, and so forth": "and so forth" includes the four castes such as the kṣatriya. It also includes the caṇḍāla (explained here as "not dying together"), the pukkasa (prison warden), the caṇḍāla (explained as "fierce" and also "butcher"), the mleccha (explained as "delighting in filth"), the domba (houses of courtesans and taverns), and the kaṭhilla (explained as "judicial sentencing official").
