然薩婆多要從他受，以第三羯磨時，與無表戒一時得故。無表通二，又且佛及獨覺，不從他受，一向自然受。

However, for the Sarvāstivādins, they must be received from another, because at the time of the third karmavācanā, they are obtained simultaneously with the avijñapti precepts. Avijñapti admits of both. Furthermore, Buddhas and pratyekabuddhas do not receive them from another; they invariably receive them spontaneously.
