答：皆言制伏不言能潤，設潤是助。五十九文據正潤說，亦不相違。　如實義者，凡夫二果俱種、現潤，文如前說。

Answer: Both speak of subduing and do not speak of being able to moisten; even if they moisten, it is auxiliary. The text of Fascicle 59 is stated in terms of principal moistening, so there is also no contradiction. In the true meaning: for ordinary persons and the two fruits, it is moistened by both bījas and manifestation, as the text stated earlier.
