5.235

《論》：彼天唯在第四靜慮者，廣如本《疏》。又云：無色非天眼境。若無心時既無色身，誰為能證涅槃之者？又復地法無無相定，故此異熟不在餘處。

The treatise says: "That heaven is only in the fourth dhyāna," as explained extensively in the root commentary. It also says: The formless [realm] is not an object of the divine eye. If at the time of mindlessness there is already no physical form-body, who would be the one capable of realizing nirvāṇa? Furthermore, the dharmas of that level lack the absorption of signlessness; therefore, this ripening does not exist in other places.
