答：彼據造不善言為正法等，故是定受，此約修善，故通不定。

Answer: That [text] relies on committing unwholesome [deeds] and calling them the true Dharma and so forth, so it is definitely experienced; this [treatise] concerns cultivating the wholesome, so it applies to the indefinite.
